Privacy Policy
The short version
Range Solutions collects the information you type into our enquiry forms so we can answer you. We do not sell it, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set any cookies of our own.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we receive whatever you entered. Depending on the form that may include:
- Your name
- Your ranch or company name
- Your email address and phone number
- The service you are interested in, your acreage, and any project details you describe
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records standard server request data — IP address, browser user-agent, requested page and timestamp — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. See the Netlify privacy notice for how they handle it.
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies. Fonts, images, scripts and styles are all served from this domain, so loading a page here does not report your visit to any outside company.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or mission profile
- To arrange site visits and carry out work you engage us for
- To keep records required for FSA, EQIP, NRCS and other program documentation you ask us to support
- To meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed contractor and FAA Part 107 operator
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Who else sees it
We share personal information only with:
- Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf
- Our own team, who respond to your enquiry
- Government agencies, where you have asked us to prepare or submit program paperwork on your behalf
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a lawful request
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us. Records tied to completed work, contracts, or grant documentation are kept for as long as the relevant contractual, tax and program requirements demand.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email range.sol91@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where we are required to retain records for contractual or regulatory reasons, we will tell you which records those are.
Children
This site is aimed at agricultural operators and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and a content security policy restricts what a page is permitted to load. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive material such as financial account details through the enquiry forms.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
